Transformation: Acting is Believing

June 1-5, 2026 (grades 6-8) | June 8-12, 2026 (grades 9-12)

Transformation! is a week-long advanced acting camp at 国产小福利 taught by university instructors and local professionals.  During the week, students will explore vocal and physical communication, text analysis, stage combat, and improv, all in service of creating a role or roles in a showcase of their work on the final day.

Daily Schedule:

9 am - 4 pm
  • Two master classes in various aspects of theatre
  • Lunch
  • Rehearsal, utilizing master class work, toward a final performance to share on Friday afternoon
Activities
  • Group lessons and masterclasses
  • Ensemble and classroom activities in physical and vocal communication, text analysis, and character development
  • Master classes in stage combat and improv

2026 Costs:

Transformation is a day-camp only. NO dorm accommodations are available.

Commuter Camper: Coming Soon

  • Includes daily lunches in the Johnson Center Dining Hall

Eligibility:

Transformation Week 1 (June 2-6) is open to students entering grades 6-8 in fall of 2026. Transformation Week 2 (June 9-13) is open to students entering grades 9-12 in fall 2026.
